Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two time unified title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, frequently receiving substantial paydays.

The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
